Not to harp, but my point is you really have to center your whole build around that stat to really make use of it as an effective source of healing. for a dps character, i'm hard pressed to think of dps build that could utilize it to a point to make it worth while. things like pvp troll king builds or health regen boosting tanks. hardly concerning to get it cut down another 80-100 points, you know?Īll in all, health regen is probably the single most insignificant stat for all but some very niche builds who revolve around it. 400 health regenerated every 2 seconds in combat. most characters have what, like 400 or so health regen. Thats exactly why its not a big deal though, you know.
